Can I substitute someone else in my place?

Yes, if for any reason you cannot attend and wish to send someone else in your place, just send us an email and let us know the name of the person who will be taking your place. 

What if I am not able to attend and need to cancel?

You may cancel up to ten (10) business days prior to the seminar and receive a full refund, less a $20 service charge.  Cancellations received less than ten (10) business days prior to the seminar are not refundable and are subject to the entire seminar fee.  However, you may apply the registration fee towards a future seminar. 

How can I pay for the seminar? There are four easy payment methods:  online, fax, mail, or telephone.

Fax:  Complete the Fax Registration form and fax it to: 903-451-2741.
Mail:  Compete the Mail-In Registration form and mail it to:  Government Procurement Services, 1307 W. Main Street, Suite B-163, Gun Barrel City, TX  75156.
Telephone:  Call toll-free at 888-254-7715 and a training coordinator will assist you. 

What if I have a group of people who wish to attend?

If you have a group of eight (8) or more, it may be more cost effective for you to schedule a seminar at your facility. 

Will I receive a Certificate of Completion?

Yes, at the end of the seminar Certificates of Completion will be distributed to all participants.

Will I receive Continuing Education Hours for these workshops?

Yes, workshop attendance is good towards continuing education hours for your professional certifications including those issued by the State of Texas (CPA-TPASS), National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) and the Institute of Supply Management (ISM).
